A Mother's Love
Our Pinot Gris incorporates fruit from the original plantings in our estate! The fruit for this wine is double hand-sorted and the juice is pressed off whole cluster. We ferment the juice and then allow the finished wine to sit on the lees to extract further flavor and texture. Stirring the lees every two weeks.
Our Rose of Pinot Noir is handcrafted with 100% pure Pinot Noir from sustainably farmed LIVE Certified & Salmon Safe Vineyards. Winemaker, Bryan Weil, employs the direct-press method for our Rosé with no skin to juice contact, and he presses the fruit whole-cluster immediately upon being picked. Bryan then ferments and barrel-ages it in 100% neutral French Oak barrels for four months.
