Our Signature Pinot Noir is elegant in style and the composition tends to include fruit from blocks 7 & 18, some of our most mature vines in the estate. Barrel aged for 11 months on 40% new french oak, bottle aged for 13 months prior to release. 

On the nose: blueberry, nutmeg and spicebox

On the palate: rich and spicy with a balanced finish
